Returns

To return or exchange products, please email pax@pax.be for confirmation and agreement.
We will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt. All returned products must be free of use, damage, stains, odor or any other condition which would prevent them from being sold as new. They must also have their original tags and packaging attached.
Customers will assume responsibility for all return shipping charges, including unnecessary duties and sales taxes in certain instances. Pax Shop will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for any return packages lost in transit.
